A graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry and a Board-Certified Dentist in the state of Florida, Dr. Forni has served the Lake Wales community with distinction since 2001, delivering exceptional dental care rooted in compassion, excellence, and innovation.

Graduating at the top of his class with high honors and Dean’s List recognition, Dr. Forni has consistently demonstrated leadership both in practice and within the profession. He is a former President of the Polk County Dental Association and an active member of the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Dental Implant Association. His commitment to lifelong learning goes well beyond required continuing education, ensuring his patients benefit from the most advanced techniques and treatments available.

With advanced postdoctoral training in esthetic, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, Dr. Forni is widely known for his gentle, patient-centered approach — balancing function, comfort, and beauty while always placing people first.

For the past eight years, Dr. Forni has demonstrated extraordinary dedication to Filling The Lane, providing comprehensive dental cleanings and care to members at no cost.
