Filling The Lane 8th grade team played very hard this weekend. They went 4-0 at the Super 6 Series Tournament in Orlando, FL.
BOO-WILLIAMS TOURNAMENT
Filling The Lane completed their summer season with the national win in the Boo-Williams tournament located in Virginia Beach. Boo Williams, 48, lives and grew up in Hampton, Virginia. The team had the opportunity to Visit Hampton University. A number of seniors decided to make Hampton University their home NEXT year! He was a basketball star at Phoebus High School and went on to play at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, where he was later inducted to the school's Hall of Fame. Filling The Lane will be starting an 8th grade team this year and looking for talent players StepN2ourlane.
BIG SHOTS Lakeland Recap Congrats To Team Filing The Lane Both Teams Place 3rd
The 2014 BIG SHOTS State Final Four Tip-Off was an excellent event for student athletes to highlight their game for the beginning of the grassroots season! The UNIT didn’t waste any time by adding one of the Class 2A State Champions Liam Davis, of Orlando Christian Prep, to their team. Thanks to the BIG SHOTS Lakeland site host, the high school of NFL Super Bowl Champion Ray Lewis, Kathleen HIGH SCHOOL, also Lakeland Christian School, and St Paul Lutheran School. Also want to give a BIG thanks to B. Richard, and Polk County Sports.
