Meet Chris Taylor – FTL’s New Director of Development and Sponsorship

FTL is excited to welcome Chris Taylor as our new Director of Development and Marketing. A proud native of Polk County, Florida, Chris brings an exceptional blend of athletic insight, leadership, business acumen, and deep-rooted faith to the FTL mission.

Chris is a father of four and a former multi-sport athlete with college-level experience in both basketball and football. He understands the grind, the discipline, and the heart it takes to succeed—not just on the field or court, but in life. Over the years, he has worked with more than 100 Division I coaches, guiding high school athletes through the recruiting process and helping them take the next step in their athletic and academic journeys.

His passion for developing athletes extends across all levels. From energetic elementary school students to elite NBA G League players, Chris has made it his mission to not only enhance athletic performance but to shape character, instill discipline, and inspire purpose.

Beyond sports, Chris is also a proven entrepreneur, having founded and led a highly successful company. His strategic mindset and visionary leadership are key assets as FTL continues to grow and impact more lives.

At the core of everything Chris does is his unwavering faith. He is deeply committed to serving God in every relationship, every opportunity, and every challenge. His faith fuels his work and sets the tone for excellence in all he pursues.
